Cancellation Policy
1. Attendance & Punctuality Regular attendance is strongly encouraged, as Pilates builds progressively. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may be asked to wait or modify participation to avoid disruption and injury. If you must miss a class, notify the instructor in advance when possible. 2. Participation & Engagement Active participation is expected, including trying movements within your personal limits. Students are encouraged to ask questions and request modifications. Observing instead of participating is allowed when needed for health or safety reasons. 3. Health & Safety Inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations before class begins. This course is educational and not a substitute for medical advice. Students are responsible for working within their own comfort level and stopping if they feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. 4. Modifications & Accessibility Modifications and alternatives will be provided to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities. No prior Pilates experience is required. Respect individual differences in strength, flexibility, and coordination. 5. Clothing & Equipment Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows free movement. Grip socks or bare feet are recommended unless otherwise specified. Mats and small equipment will be provided unless stated; students may bring their own if preferred. 6. Studio Etiquette Silence mobile phones during class. Maintain a respectful, supportive environment—no judgment or comparison. Follow instructor cues and safety guidelines at all times. 7. Make-Up Classes / Missed Sessions (if applicable) Make-up classes may be offered at the instructor’s discretion and subject to availability. Missed classes are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 8. Cancellations & Refunds (optional) No refunds after you have purchased and enrolled in the course 9. Liability Waiver Participation may require signing a liability waiver acknowledging the physical nature of Pilates and personal responsibility for safe participation.
